Below are answers to frequently asked questions that may be helpful to our future guests.
What does the hotel service provide?
Provides B&B, half board or full board.
What does the spa service provide?
• Spa treatments in agreement with the SSN;
• Spa treatments not in agreement with the NHS;
• aesthetic treatments.
What is required for an NHS-accredited spa course?
Medical prescription on a red NHS prescription pad from one's primary care physician or specialist.
What are the spa treatments in agreement with the NHS?
• Mud baths and therapeutic baths;
• inhalations and aerosols;
• mud baths and annexation showers;
• Therapeutic baths for arthrorheumatic diseases.
What are the spa treatments that are not in agreement with the NHS?
• Thermal whirlpool;
• Thermal whirlpool with ozone;
• massages.
What are the aesthetic treatments?
• thermal clay face mask;
• thermal clay body mask.
Are there restaurant and bar services?
Yes.
What are the lunch and dinner times?
12:30 p.m. lunch, 7:30 p.m. dinner.
What are the breakfast times?
8:00 am to 10:00 am.
What does breakfast consist of?
Breakfast is buffet style and includes croissants, cake, cookies, rusks, assorted yogurts, butter, jams, juices, water, coffee, cappuccino, barley, and more (customer's choice).
Is there an option to have vegan or vegetarian menu?
Yes, just mention it when you check in at the hotel.
Do you have menus for people with celiac disease?
No, we do not have the space to cope with the necessary organization and preparation (separate for those with celiac disease).
Are meal times flexible?
A delay of ½ hour, with prior notice to the kitchen, is acceptable with respect to the scheduled times.
What are the hours of reception/reception?
• 7:30 a.m. to noon;
• 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m;
• excluding Sundays, in which we address the management.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Currently no, they are planned in the design of the upcoming renovation.

Yes.
What services do the rooms offer?
Each room has a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV and wi-fi.
Are smoking rooms available?
No, there is a ban on smoking inside the hotel.
Is a smoking space available?
Yes, there is a smoking relaxation facility in front of the hotel and outside in the garden.
Can I book all three services together (hotel, restaurant, spa)?
Yes.
Are animals allowed?
Yes.
