Considering that service delivery takes place in the short term, there is no waiting list.
Guests can also be accepted for spa treatments without an appointment. In this case, the reception staff will put it on the day's schedule based on availability, taking into account a maximum number of daily appointments in order not to create possible overcrowding and thus inconvenience to customers.
The basic criterion by which guests are placed in therapeutic cycles is normally dictated by the date of reservation; however, there are conditions that impose priority in appointments.
Reservation of treatments (especially for mud-balneotherapy and massage therapy) at least two weeks in advance is appreciated.
The mud should be done on an empty stomach, and for good results, to ward off health damage, sudden changes in temperature, cold, humidity, physical fatigue, dietary disorders and excessive consumption of ice-cold drinks should be avoided.
A guest who wants to access spa treatment, in addition to the required documentation, must be examined by the Medical Director.
The guest will be able to access treatment if the Medical Director finds no contraindications.
Residents have access to only one course of treatment per year, with the exception of some cases that enjoy special forms of exemption.
In this Facility, persons with reduced mobility, unaccompanied children, and women in an advanced state of pregnancy are entitled to priority in receiving the required services.
